You always know what week you're in.
Four steps, each with a date, a deliverable and a named engineer. No status meetings, no black box, no surprise invoice at the end.
Call & scoping
Thirty minutes to understand the product, then a week turning it into a plan you could hand to anyone.
Development sprints
Design and engineering in one flow, shipped weekly. You watch it get built instead of waiting for a reveal.
Test & review
On real devices, in your hands, before anyone else sees it. Your notes go into the same sprint they arrive in.
Launch & handover
We handle the stores, the monitoring and the paperwork — then hand you the keys to everything.
Half an hour a week, and honest answers.
Projects slow down for one reason: decisions waiting on someone. Here’s all we need.
One decision-maker
Someone who can say yes without a committee.
A weekly half-hour
To look at the build and tell us what's wrong with it.
Your content and accounts
Copy, brand, payment and store accounts in your name.
The things people ask on the call.
What if the scope changes mid-build?
It always does. Anything new gets estimated and priced before it enters a sprint, so the number never moves without you agreeing to it first.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. The repository lives in your organisation and we work inside it — there's nothing to hand over at the end because it was never ours.
Do you handle the app store submission?
Yes — listing copy, screenshots, review responses and the resubmissions if Apple pushes back. The accounts stay in your name.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included. After that a retainer is available for the roadmap, but plenty of clients take the repo and carry on themselves.
Week 0 starts here
Thirty minutes, no deck. We’ll tell you what it takes to build — even if that turns out not to be with us.
