This policy was written by the studio’s own team as a plain-language, good-faith description of how we actually handle data — it hasn’t been reviewed by outside counsel, so treat it as informative rather than a substitute for legal advice.

Who we are
Nexus NC Studio (https://nexusncstudio.com) is a design and engineering studio based in Lagos, Nigeria, working remotely worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to dev@nexusncstudio.com.
What we collect
The only place this site actively collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your company or product name, if you give one (optional)
- The type of job you’re enquiring about, your budget range and your timeline
- A preferred date and time for a call, if you choose to give one (optional)
- Whatever you write in the project notes field
We don’t ask for payment details, government ID, or any other sensitive information through this site. If an engagement goes ahead, any further information (billing details, project accounts, content) is exchanged directly over email or during the engagement itself, not collected through this website.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns — which pages get read, how many visitors, roughly where from. It’s cookieless: it doesn’t use tracking cookies, doesn’t build a profile tied to you individually, and doesn’t follow you across other websites. We use it to understand whether the site itself is doing its job, not to identify visitors.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies. No cookie banner, no consent popup, because there’s nothing to consent to — nothing is stored in your browser to track you between visits.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used for exactly what they look like: to read your enquiry, reply to it, and — if we end up working together — to run that engagement. We don’t use anything you submit for marketing. There’s no newsletter and no CRM sequence; the contact form itself says as much, and that’s the real practice, not just copy.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. A small number of infrastructure providers process it on our behalf so the site and the enquiry pipeline function:
- Vercel — hosts this website and its analytics.
- Resend — delivers the email notification when you submit the contact form.
Both process data only to provide their service to us and don’t use it for their own purposes. We don’t hand enquiry data to ad networks, data brokers, or anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably useful — generally for the life of a resulting engagement, or a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch.If you’d rather we deleted your information sooner, ask and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dev@nexusncstudio.com and we’ll handle it directly — no portal, no form, just a reply from a person.
Children
This site is a business-to-business studio site. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and move the date at the top.
